The baby is here!!!

It's a boy!
Daniel Richard Frazier arrived July 11th at 4:01 am.
My extreme discomfort at the end of this pregnancy would be explained first when my water broke and there was a huge amount of fluid, and second by this:
9lbs 7oz!
Almost 2 lbs bigger than his sisters!
I got my second vbac which I am so glad about!
He decided to make his delivery dramatic at the end by having the cord wrapped tight 2 times around his neck AND having a hand up by his face, but all turned out well and I'll get to writing the birth story later.
He's now a week old and we're doing great. He's nursing good and gaining weight. According to our scale at home, he weighs around 9lb 13oz now, although I think this is probably inflated a little. I'm doing good, still sore but feeling better each day.
Here are some pics:

Approaching the finish line...

Just thought I'd better come on here and do a quick update, since it's been 6 weeks! I'm a very bad blogger. I am now 36 weeks pregnant, just a few more weeks to go! Yesterday we had professional maternity/family photos taken so I will post them when I get the proofs back. I'm very glad I finally did professional pics, even though the girls were not super cooperative. They were better than I expected though.
I'm feeling pretty decent, tired at times, and my back hurts but going to the chiropractor helps a lot with that. Everybody keeps telling me there's no way I'll make it to July, but I figure that probably means that I will and the baby will be overdue. Which is okay...I guess :-)
Madison is all done with preschool, so we are just hanging out, playing outside a lot, and finishing getting ready for the baby.

30 weeks!

Madison's haircut

29 weeks

Okay well, I'll be 30 weeks tomorrow but close enough. 2 weeks ago I did some routine bloodwork, and the results were all normal, so things continue to be good in pregnancy land. Our biggest news is that we have decided to forgo the plans for a home birth this time around, and have the baby at the hospital where I work at. This was a really difficult decision, and it was made for a lot of reasons. But I'm glad it's made and I'm looking forward to having this baby among my coworkers, who I really do love! It will be different but it'll work out. Just tell the baby not to come July 4th, or else my chosen coworkers will be otherwise occupied (or under the influence LOL).
The girls are doing great! The weather here has been typical western Wa weather, rain then sun, and so on. We have been able to get outside a decent amount of time, which is good since it really wears the girls out.
Madison will be done with preschool at the end of May, then it's on to summer activities. One will be a week long camp at the church where preschool is held, and then after that, not too sure what she will do.
Juliana is quite adorable, singing and jumping are 2 of her favorite things. She recently had a growth spurt, and just when I thought she was going to have to move to size 3T pants, her 2Ts are now falling off her! She's becoming tall and skinny like her sister. They do not get that from me!
Earlier this week, I gave both girls a much needed haircut. I ended up cutting Madison's a little shorter than I had intended. I think it's super cute, but she was not too thrilled with me, oops!

94 days to go...

Or so my pregnancy ticker says. I am now 26 weeks pregnant, and we have 3 months to go. I'm feeling okay, just typical pregnancy complaints, nothing horrible. My parents visited last weekend and although my mom thinks I'm smaller than I was at this time with Juliana, she is wrong, and I have the pics to prove it! However, I'm not going to post a comparison because that would make me look really huge lol. There is nothing major here to report, which in pregnancy is a good thing. :-)

The Big Ultrasound...

Yesterday we went in to have our big, most important ultrasound. We appear to have a healthy baby. I say appear because of how speedy the ultrasound tech was. It took her no more than 5 minutes to look at everything she needed to see. It was the fastest ultrasound I've had, and the most disappointing. She wouldn't let us look at the screen while she scanned all the anatomy. With Madison and Juliana, we got to look while they checked everything, and it always took a little while. This time, we only got to look for a few minutes at the end, so I hardly got to see anything. Oh well....We did get to see that the baby liked having his/her hand up by his head. I hope that changed because Juliana was like that, and she came out with her hand by her cheek. I'd like to not repeat that LOL.
Madison came in at the end and she was very good. I'm sure she didn't know what she was looking at, but it was fun to have her there.
I was very tempted but we did not find out the sex. I'm very excited to have another surprise! The baby measured right on for my due date, with long legs that measured 2 weeks ahead, just like his/her sisters did LOL. The approximate weight was 12 oz, which is 70th percentile. The machine made an estimated weight of 8lbs at 40 weeks so we'll see. I think it will be more just judging from the girls weights. (Madison 7lbs 10oz at 40 weeks, 4 days, and Juliana also 7lbs 10oz but at 38 weeks 5 days). We'll see in 20 weeks or so!
Here are a few pics of baby #3!

My mom made these cute little chef outfits for the girls, so I thought I'd share a picture. Enjoy!

17 weeks...

I'm now 17 weeks along, well out of my 1st trimester, which is a good feeling. The morning sickness is gone, which is a huge relief. Other than being tired and my back already starting to hurt, I have no real complaints. The other night at work, we took a peek at the little one on our ancient US machine. Always fun to see baby, he or she has grown so much & was busy sucking his/her thumb. I will have my big US in about 3 weeks, but no we are not finding out the sex. We are going to have a 3rd surprise!
It is amazing to me how many people think that we are having another baby because we want a boy, and will actually make comments to that effect. So no, I don't wonder if this baby is the boy we've been hoping for, and please don't say things like that in front of my GIRLS. Anyway...I guess I should be used to the rude comments people can make when you're pregnant but it never ceases to amaze me. All right well I'm just a cranky pregnant lady I guess LOL.
Here are a few pics we took today. As you can see I am still stuck in the fun fat stage, where I don't really look pregnant. Oh well, I'll get there soon I guess hehe.
I think Madison is actually getting a little excited about the baby, it took a month but she finally spilled the beans to her preschool teachers and friends. Juliana, I'm sure she doesn't really get it, but she likes to talk to my belly, it's really cute.
